Solution specifications
▶ Vacuum cleaner reference design provides a complete three-phase motor control solution, reducing development time. Optional software includes sensorless back electromotive force (BEMF) with zero-crossing detection for maximum speed operation, and field-oriented control (FOC) for quieter operation, maximum torque and maximum energy efficiency.
▶ Compact shape, 55mm diameter round shape, can be installed on top of BLDC motor. This design uses the dsPIC33CDV64MC106 integrated motor driver with a dsPIC® DSC motor controller and three-phase MOSFET Driver to save board space and reduce component count.
